Shipping Policy
We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Once your custom magnet order is placed and your images have been successfully uploaded, please allow 2-4 business days for production. After your order is complete, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typical delivery timeframes range from 3-7 business days within Australia. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size and location. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a fault with your item, or it arrives damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at zoe@momentsthatstick.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
All return claims must be assessed before approval. We do not refund or replace orders where the image uploaded was of low resolution or improperly cropped—please ensure you follow our image guidelines during upload.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. If we are able to stop production, we will issue a full refund.
